Experience Level : 5 to 10 years
Qualifications:
- Must have 3-5 years experience in core sales and distribution
- Good network with distributors in the given area
- Worked in any of the following – FMCG/FMCD/Fintech/Handset Industry
- Graduate/Post-Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Knowledge of site acquisition & Franchise sourcing, legal requirements and compliance standards for ATM deployment.
- Can work independently and lead a Team of 0-10 members
- Good in People Management
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with site owners, stakeholders and project team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Well versed with MS Office
